His experience spans property analysis and valuation, pro forma development for residential and commercial projects, Co-GP formations, LP equity sourcing and residential acquisitions.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Miller earned his Business degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is now based in Tampa, where he was recruited as a Project Manager overseeing several waterfront multifamily properties damaged by hurricanes, totaling more than 400 residential units.

His background as a custom home Project Manager - both in stable California markets and in emergency recovery environments - and as a licensed Emergency Medical Responder, shape his leadership style, thoroughness and strong bias towards decisive, correct action when the stakes are highest. This blend of analytical, operational and recovery-focused competencies informs a pragmatic, disciplined advisory approach. These skills are invaluable when helping clients to evaluate their next property or project.
